Taste Something Beautiful Beautiful
Beauty is subjective, and so is wine. Translated directly, Bella Mia means “My Beautiful” in Italian. To us, the most beautiful things in the world are our daughters, Isabella and Mia. Bella Mia brings together our love for our daughters, as well as our love for science. At our core, we are geologists. Our logo and labels tie into this – they represent our love for and our shared background in science on a few levels, paying homage to topography, rock structures, agates, and water.
We are Native Texans building a small family owned wine business. We grew up with a love of the outdoors and come from Ag based families, Laurie’s family were farmers in East Texas and Robert’s Family were Ranchers in West Texas. Our wines represent the terroir where the grapes were grown in the beautiful state of Texas. We are so proud to share our specialty curated, hand crafted, boutique wines featuring grapes grown right here in our home state. At Bella Mia, we believe wine is for everyone and should be enjoyed.
