Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Delivery Policies:

You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The willful misrepresentation of your age or the age of the recipient is a crime in most states. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. We ship on non-holiday weekdays only.  Sorry, delivery on weekends is generally not available. In the event of extreme temperatures your shipment may be delayed to protect it from heat/cold damage.

Federal law states alcoholic beverages can only be exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated or contaminated. We cannot accept wine that is damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipping, or wine that was ordered in error. 

Bella Mia Winery requests that customers return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement as we will gladly replace bottles within 30 days of purchase should the wine be found as damaged. 

Written requests to notify us of a problem, return or exchange with your order must be received within 30 days of the delivery date.

Credit Card Refunds:

Bella Mia Winery processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.


We hate to see you go!  

Customers in the Bella Mia Wine Membership may cancel their membership after they have met the minimum number of shipments required at enrollment. At Bella Mia we understand that plans change, so we allow members to pause the membership.  To pause or skip a shipment please send us an email at the email address below. 

Written requests to cancel memberships must be received two weeks prior to processing to guarantee cancellation

If the request for cancellation comes during the scheduled automated club month (March/May/Sept/Nov), that order will be processed as your final order.
